On Friday, the State Duma will consider the question of ratifying the treaty providing for the indefinite deployment of a Russian AF constellation in Syria, reports RIA News message of its source in the Duma Committee on International Affairs.

Recall, the Russian-Syrian treaty was concluded in August of 2015, submitted to the State Duma for ratification in August of this year.

According to the source, the ratification of the agreement can be viewed as a reaction to the refusal of the Americans to cooperate with the Russian Federation on the Syrian issue.

“The Duma may respond by ratification decision aviation grouped in Syria. And that will be the best statement. ” - noted the source.

Although the deputies are united on this issue.
ratification of the agreement can be seen as a reaction to the Americans' refusal to cooperate with Russia on the Syrian issue

And if the Americans did not refuse to cooperate, then could it not be ratified?

I don't understand why we call them "partners", they are enemies! Why is this hypocrisy? "Partners", "Dear friend Erdogan".

That is exactly what the United States thinks and what it all led to and will lead to?
It’s better to agree 100 times than to burn the world 1 time.

This is a bit naive. Deputies - especially the lower house, solve only those issues that are planned. And the entire presidential administration plans. The presidential administration decided that troops should be introduced, parliament begins the voting process. The presidential administration decided that the troops should be withdrawn, the parliament again voted.

Or do you think that deputies like folk artists, pop singers and other bureaucrats are very versed in strategies))))
The President and his administration are conducting consultations with the Ministry of Education, a decision is being made - so that the decision looks legitimately democratic, they are circulating the CIRC, called a vote in parliament.

Maybe you do not need to refer to the actions of the United States? It’s just so necessary in the interests of the Russian Federation, and what they think in the distant USA is their exclusive exceptional problems. Stupidly, the Russian Federation spit on their actions, we just need a point.

All this is so, for Uncle Abama. Indefinitely - while Assad is on the throne and everyone understands this very well. The immediate goal is one - to secure an airfield and not to let anyone else go there.

This is from the series "Only a coward pays debts?"
It is the USA that has such a position - the fulfillment of the agreements is the fate of the weak. Do you want to arrange the order of the zone on the planet - who is stronger is right?

        You are mistaken, sir.
But this is your life and your vision.

Often the "strong" has to make excuses.
Have you thought about this concept? Where did it come from if power is more important than truth?

I agree. This will be the best solution in conditions when, thanks to the USA, the struggle for Syria is only escalating. And not the fact that it will remain united. The Americans are doing their best to break up Syria. The scenarios of Vietnam and Korea may be repeated.

Some kind of stupidity. If Assad is removed, then we will fly out of there like a cork from a bottle of champagne, despite any ratifications.

It’s time for us to declare a no-fly zone over Syria ourselves and shoot down any planes that do not belong to the Syrian Air Force and Russian Air Force. There is a technical possibility - it remains only to show the will!
