There are such trips that, if I knew where it was going to be difficult, I would never have gone. But we could not not accept the invitation to ride to one of the railway construction sites bypassing Ukraine. And let's go ...





The village of Kolesnikovka, Kantemirovsky District, Voronezh Region. Place heaps of surprises. The first is that the village is on the map, but in fact there is none. In the village we live in one house, where a couple of old men live. And that's all. And the regiment of railway troops.









Pleased with the connection. Beeline said that “ihtutnet”, MTS and Megafon joyfully greeted us in roaming ... in Ukraine. And only "Tele2" had mercy by accepting us to the Rostov region. And thanks for that.

Roads ... Well, there are none there either. There are directions where multi-ton dump trucks and trailers grind fat Voronezh black soil into the smallest dust. And, God forbid, it will rain, it all turns into greasy mud. According to the law of meanness, the rain passed at night

However, having repeatedly had a bite to eat scrap in one place, we arrived at the location of the unit. They were waiting for us there. And the representative of the press service of the ZVO, and colleagues from the shopping center Zvezda, who were greatly puzzled by the scenery. Colleagues were clearly not ready for this situation and looked at their jeans and shoes with chagrin. And on our berets with obvious envy.

However, we were provided with transportation. "Ural". And we set sail on the dirt of the ocean to the place of assembly of the canvas. Behind us drove another car with some designs. But they drove past our site.

Sometimes comrade general shouted two tractors from 150 meters. I wondered what he was, maybe the regiment was behind schedule? “Don't you what! - the captain-lieutenant who accompanied us told me - They are coming ahead! If you lagged behind, there would be such a thing ... "



I was not quite clear what was happening, I kind of thought that the road was being built from point A to point B, moving forward. An, no. They work at several sites in parallel. But here experts already know how.

The soldiers of the railway militaries made an impression. Indeed, like ants, smoothly, calmly, without screams (and, oh, a miracle, without a mat) do their work. So, there is an opinion (and it is not only mine) that next year, for all the jokes of the Ukrainian junta, connected with the termination of the railway communication in this region, we will laugh three times.
