Eight dead firefighters submitted to state awards (posthumously)

24
A mourning ceremony took place at the headquarters of the Ministry of Emergency Situations in the city of Moscow - a farewell ceremony for the Moscow firefighters who were killed on September 22. The number of people who wished to conduct EMERCOM employees was so large that the civil memorial service was extended for several hours. From the message press service MES:
Hundreds of people, including their colleagues, friends and ordinary citizens, came to the last journey of eight firemen - colonel of the internal service Alexander Yurchikov, major of the internal service Alexei Akimov, captain of the internal service Roman Georgiev, senior lieutenant of the internal service Alexander Korentsov, ensign Pavel Andryushkin, Warrant Officer Nikolai Golubev, Warrant Officer Sergey Sinelobov, Senior Officer Pavel Makarochkin.

From the statement of the head of department Vladimir Puchkov:
Today we see our dear comrades on the last journey. Professionalism and dedication did not allow our comrades to retreat from the fire. They fulfilled their duty by giving their lives for the good of the lives of others. This is an irreplaceable loss for the entire friendly team of the Russian Emergencies Ministry, an irretrievable loss for all loved ones. The profession of a fireman, a rescuer is one of the most respected and dangerous professions in the world. These are people of special honor and duty who come to the profession at the call of the heart.

They go to the end to defeat the fire and minimize the loss. But, unfortunately, do not always return home. These are the heroes of our time. They will forever remain in our hearts and in our soul. This is an irreplaceable loss for all of us. It is impossible to make up for the irretrievable loss, but it is our sacred duty to alleviate grief, support loved ones, help raise and raise children, and provide support to parents and wives.

Recall that on September 22 several fire brigades took part in extinguishing a large fire at one of Moscow’s warehouses. During the fire, the 70 kg of ammonia and the 30 explosion of gas cylinders were prevented from escaping. To assess the situation and develop a fire extinguishing strategy directly at the scene of the incident, EMERCOM employees climbed to the roof of the warehouse. When distributing fire calculations on the roof, it collapsed, which led to the death of firefighters.

From the statement of the ex-deputy head of the North-West Regional Emergency Center Vladimir Kudryavtsev:
To prevent the leakage of ammonia and the explosion of cylinders in a warehouse in the south-east of Moscow, it was only possible to extinguish the fire from the roof. To cover it was necessary to go. In another way it was impossible to extinguish and prevent serious consequences. It was the duty of firefighters. Among the dead firefighters were the most experienced officers, commanders who deliberately went to the roof, as there was no other way to put out the fire, and the roof did not burn at that time. But even experienced people find it difficult to calculate what might happen at what point, especially considering the alteration of the building. That is why the profession of a firefighter is heroic and always involves great risk.

Eight firefighters killed in fire are presented to state awards - the Orders of Courage (posthumously).

"Military Review" expresses condolences to the families and friends of the dead firefighters.

Yes, the men died saving people. But information has passed about the indifference of bureaucratic bastards. One of the victims, the ensign, asked for financial assistance for the treatment of his son, and so these leaders refused help, it’s not people.

Condolences to the families and loved ones of the victims. Condolences to the entire garrison.
The circumstances of the death of eight people should be the subject of a serious investigation. In the framework of the criminal case, there should be (and I think that has been done) a seizure of all negotiations of officials in a fire. Someone sent two links to the roof, someone then broadcast tales for half a day that firefighters did not get in touch. What kind of nonsense? What, no one was engaged in the search for the missing until the end of the spill? If so, then it is completely unsuccessful in the garrison of the Moscow PA.
In the period of normal existence of the fire brigade, a distinct RTP (fire extinguishing supervisor) would never have thought of sending l / s to a burning roof. Tales about cylinders, transformers (pouring oil from them and carrying them back and forth, about 70 kg of ammonia) - do not stand up to criticism. With the prevailing method of extinguishing to capital walls in the Moscow garrison, the fire area at the time of localization was 4000 sq.m. In such an area (inside the campfire), no one would even notice a balloon explosion. And there was absolutely no need to be on the roof of a completely burning building to the two dead links.

Land they rest in peace (up to 40 days, and then, if the Orthodox)
I didn’t teach extinguishing fires in my native school, so I just agree with you, Colleague. You probably understand this. Let me tell you something else: in my opinion, talking about the heroism of the dead children retouches disorder, illiterate leadership of entrusted personnel, and maybe action or inaction that led to the death of 2 or more people ...
Are these guys heroes? Of course yes! Whether they knew what they were going on or not does not matter. Although, in my opinion, they are all the more victims. Victims of that g @ dina, about whose actions or inaction I wrote above. So that g @ dina who allowed all this? Where is she? There is at least a small hope that in our country such characters will begin to answer at least someday, at least for something ???? am am am

Judging by your professional slang, you are a firefighter. I, too, am still active, and I had the same thoughts as you. But in general, I bow my head to the fallen, they fulfilled their duty regardless of everything!

the flywheel started the shoigu and it is washed away — the results of its activity are coming, and the awards were given because the country resonated among firefighters and not only firefighters ...

Of course, the ruler will wish the lost kingdom of heaven, "honor and praise" for their wishes, but where were these scum from the authorities, when, knowing about the numerous violations at this object, they "covered" him! I'm not even talking about kickbacks, which naturally happened. We are talking about the authorities, who were getting money from the merchants. It was the existing government that killed these firefighters.

The kingdom of heaven is for the soldiers and commanders of the fire department. Judging by what burned second or third number. Obviously 2 links GDZS with trunks on the roof climbed. But where are the lifts? WHY IF A HIGH COMBUSTION TEMPERATURE IS AVAILABLE INSIDE, INFLUENCING THE CONSTRUCTION ELEMENTS OF THE BUILDING LAUNCHED 2 ROOF LINKS? Questions and questions. The dead soldiers were standardly presented as heroes. But it would be better if they were alive. He who pressed a 50-liter liquid gas cylinder to himself hot that even through the action burns he carried out of the apartment building at least once he will understand me.

In my opinion, it’s not equivalent ... 70 kg of ammonia ... given the exhausts of several million cars in Moscow, it would not be critical if everyone was evacuated simply ... and on the other side - the lives of 22 people ... grief of families. ..children, wives ... yes, let the cylinders explode, burn everything ... Let those who did not follow safety rules pay ... life is priceless.
Lighthouse and others .. ammonia is not radioisotopes, not Chernobyl ... would have survived and so. Ammonia is lighter than air ... not like chlorine and would not accumulate on the surface and "overflow". 70 tons - I don’t argue here ... but 70 kg .. this is taking into account the norms, if I’m not mistaken, MPC at 0.02 kg / cbm = 350 cbm of air ... nonsense in general ...
