We always have CFs at the end of other fleets, but the recent launch from the Caspian Sea showed that he will support if anything. I hope that the new commander will add new blood to the combat readiness of the flotilla.

Sometimes it is better to be "in the shadows" in order to deliver a decisive blow at the right time .. The history starting from the ambush regiment of Dmitry Donskoy proves this ..

I will disappoint you .., but this particular story is not a story. Legend.

Maybe not a story. But in any case, instructive.

It’s probably more important: .."Rear Admiral Igor Osipov has been transferred to another position - to the Pacific Fleet of the Russian Navy .." Those. the people who turned the guard watch into strategic missile carriers, instead of dispersing poachers and smugglers, drove thousands of kilometers across the Levant, sent to chase the Americans in the Pacific Ocean and knock down the Japanese laughing

He will not receive an equivalent position, but clearly on promotion. I myself am from Vladivostok, the eldest son of cap.3.

So he started from those parts (Pacific Fleet), and there he grew up in the service: from KBK-1 MPK to the brigade commander.

Maxim, well, this joke is not for Sergey .... Believe me - I know what I'm saying.
His father once commanded the Varyag RRC Guards. Made him great ... Himself from the people ... Was a delegate to the 25th Congress of the CPSU. And this at a time when, when accepting to the party, the candidate was examined under a microscope, not to mention becoming a delegate to the congress ...
Sergei honestly deserved both the rear shoulder straps of the rear admiral and the position of Fleet Commander. Strong-willed, purposeful officer. I still have before his eyes his training of the banner group in the pouring rain, where he was the commander. And then he, along with his subordinates, dried out and soldered the boys with tea. He was already a commanding father. He did not spare himself, cared for his subordinates, strove to be the best in everything.
I think he will justify the trust of the Supreme.
Good luck and seven feet under the keel! good

"I still have before my eyes his training of the banner group in the pouring rain, where he was the commander." - It is very indicative for a real commander. First, muffle, and then drink tea. Straight on Suvorov. And what a need to drive people in pouring rain. This is a negative example. CFL career races, Massorin, Kravchuk, everyone jumped from CFL.

With all due respect, the flyer-64, it is necessary to protect the soldier in battle, and not in training. Correctly noted that according to Suvorovsky. Without any irony and sarcasm. He did not lose a single battle, confessing this principle to his commanders ... Proven, by the way, the rule.))

Dear, what is the advisability of chasing people on the parade ground in the rain. And I saw enough such commanders, admirals for my 33-year service. What Menyailo cost. And Suvorov, in his studies, notice, and not in the drill, forged the victories of the past. And if you know Pinchuk, then he began his career in the Baltic Fleet where his father served. And that already says a lot.

Masorin's son studied with me in the same company, but he only had one semester. This is despite the fact that he didn’t go to one exam himself, but instead of him there were some specially arrived caprazes laughing

I perfectly remember the representatives of the Caspian flotilla of the sample of the 90s. Rusty ships and half-drunk sailors, sluggish attempts to portray combat readiness by means of parades on the day of the Navy.
Now the eye is happy, new missile and auxiliary boats, military camps and, most importantly, smart and brave sailors)
Good luck to the new commander.
