A group of unknown at about one in the morning with the help of pyrotechnics attacked in Kiev the Russian embassy, reports RIA News message of the publication "Strana.ua".
According to the representative of the Ukrainian National Guard under, "about 20 people fired at the embassy with fireworks, and then fled."
The publication notes that the embassy did not receive any visible damage.
This is not the first attack on the Russian embassy in Kiev. So, 10 March, unknown persons threw the building with Molotov cocktails. The fire was avoided.
Earlier, Poroshenko instructed the head of the Ukrainian Foreign Ministry to inform Moscow about the impossibility of holding Russian elections in Ukraine.
In the Kremlin, this decision was called “a violation of the standards of decency and the rules of civilized international communication.”
Recall that on Sunday a single voting day will be held in the Russian Federation. The polling station will also be opened on the territory of the Russian embassy in Kiev.
