Probably the developers from Wargaming (World Of Tanks) took part in the drawing ...

For today, the protection is quite mediocre. Application in serious confrontations is highly questionable. As an armored car of border troops, city special forces, partly of some separate reconnaissance groups, it will apparently be in demand, taking into account the price-quality parameters, taking into account the fact that engines are purchased from Belarusians, this is probably a YaMZ diesel engine, or a European engine of a civilian "jeep" (which obviously does not reduce the price of the product)

The Belarusian army certainly needs new weapons. Something that they themselves can assemble. An example in front of us ..

Protection is obviously weak, it’s understandable that you won’t cover the floating armor, it will drown right away. It’s unlikely that we will bite it, we have ours, but those who have a more modest military budget can.

From a practical point of view, I doubt that the Russian Army needs this machine, but the national guard and the police will not hurt. At least spur our industry to develop a light floating car with bulletproof armor.

I will surprise you, but during floods and ice drifts in 12% of the rural settlements of the Urals, Siberia and the Far East, you will not be able to finish the trip on wheels.
In the Urals there is a saying, "In the Urals there are three holes Gary, Shali, Tabara". Ahead and with a song from April to May, either by helicopter or by boat, there is an option to float.
About the regions of the Far North, I just keep silent. A colleague has a calendar with marks of the flood and ice drift of the Purpe River, on the banks of which his mother lives. UAZ precinct or Ural riot police believe not an option, if anything, to happen?

this is not an argument, the National Guard has slightly different tasks, the falcatus is more suitable for them, but if they had made a falcatus and even a floating one! this is another matter ....

A good reconnaissance vehicle, especially since we have no floating counterparts.

For the border guards, they wanted to buy such a waterfowl from the Franks, well, a production license.

Due to tightness, this is the wrong direction, a little damage is enough and everyone will go to the bottom.
There is another view - unsinkable

    This is a prototype.

The hull itself does not look very floating. But if you really swim, then of course you can’t forbid.)

For the Evenks ?! wink Vitim is a large right tributary of the Lena River, one of the most wild and peculiar rivers of Eastern Siberia. A great connoisseur of the region, academician V. A. Obruchev wrote that Vitim is much more self-willed, majestic and impressive than the lazy Lena.
The total length of the river is 1978 km. She is born on the eastern slopes of the Ikat ridge. In the upper reaches it is called Vitimkan. Translated from the Evenk "Kan" - small, that is, Little Vitim.
