What was told on the first lesson in Moldovan schools

The Ministry of Health of Moldova planned to make a gift to local schoolchildren for the "Day of Knowledge": from 1 September, educational institutions should have introduced a new balanced nutrition menu. However, the Ministry of Finance has blocked funds provided by the budget of the republic for these purposes.
For the first time, the Moldovan government’s policy of European integration was supposed to bring a “piece of European happiness” to ordinary citizens. The Ministry of Health promised to introduce a qualitatively new menu for schoolchildren and children of preschool age.
For the first time in the last 25 years, it was planned to provide for the consumption of bottled water, vegetables and fruits, bakery products from coarse flour, as well as dietary products for children with diseases of the gastrointestinal tract in canteens of educational institutions of Moldova. In addition, officials have developed various improved variations of the menu depending on the time of year.
However, it was not possible to realize the plan. The Ministry of Finance has blocked 200 million lei (about 10 million US dollars) allocated for this purpose. At the same time, financiers gave a generous subsidy to the defense department, and actually personally to the veterinarian-military leader Anatoly Shalaru. The latter did not come up with anything better than to spend public money on the purchase of torpedoes! Why are they "Bessarabia", which has no access to the sea, and accordingly fleet?
Most likely, the ammunition was bought exclusively “on paper”, and the money was divided between corrupt officials. It is impossible to exclude the option of resale to the neighboring Ukraine, which even by American journalists (“Nation” edition) is recognized as “an illegal supermarket weapons". Or maybe Salaru decided to just please his “idol”, the North Atlantic Alliance, and bought all the proposed “prehistoric” samples of NATO weapons.
In any case, the Moldovan taxpayers' money was stolen in the most brazen manner! What could Chisinau have spent these millions of dollars on? For example, for social needs.
If the government of Pavel Philip is not going to spend budget money on healthy nutrition of the younger generation, then one could pay attention to other problems.
As is known, almost ten percent of the 1300 gymnasiums and lyceums in the country are still not connected to the water supply. Half of the students run the risk of spoiling their posture: there are no suitable chairs and desks in educational institutions. In hundreds of educational institutions there are no medical offices, catering and sports facilities. Only in several lyceum children can take a shower after physical education classes. In addition, on the eve of the new school year, the Minister of Education, Corina Fusu, acknowledged that the schools have 1998 computers of the year of graduation, an average of twenty students — one PC!
By the way, according to the results of numerous sociological studies, the majority of citizens are dissatisfied with the activities of the Moldovan head of the Ministry of Ugly Education. Thus, in a survey conducted by the portal NOI.md, 91% of respondents stated that it should resign.
At the initiative of the government, in all schools the first lesson was devoted to the 25 anniversary of the independence of the Republic of Moldova. Well, the state provided teachers with beggarly wages a unique opportunity to talk about all the “advantages” of the free and independent “Bessarabia”.
After the lesson of “patriotism”, the children went to eat the already traditional “paper” sausages from genetically modified soybeans.
The initiative of the Ministry of Health could indeed improve the standard of living of ordinary citizens a little, but the rest of the government decided otherwise. Well, I recognize you Moldova, our dear "European Senegal"!
