IMF calls on Russia and Ukraine to find a compromise on the 3 billionth debt

72
The International Monetary Fund has called on Moscow and Kiev to compromise on issues related to the return of the government’s 3 billion-dollar debt, which in Ukraine is called Yanukovych’s debt, according to Look with reference to UNIAN.

“We were informed about the progress of the negotiation process on the debt. But we were not a part and now we are not participating in the discussion itself (the debt dispute) ", - noted the head of the department of external relations of the Foundation Jerry Rice.

Earlier, Vladimir Putin had already proposed a compromise: “Russia is ready to give a deferment and divide payment of 3 billion dollars by three years, one billion a year from 2016 to 2018 a year. The only condition is that the United States, the EU, or a large global financial institution (the same IMF) will guarantee that Ukraine will pay its debt. The IMF and Kiev rejected this proposal of Russia, nobody wanted to vouch for Ukraine, ”reminds the newspaper.

It is obvious that the Kiev authorities do not want any restructuring at all, they simply do not want to fulfill their debt obligations.

At the end of July, the Ministry of Finance announced that the Russian side "filed a motion with the High Court of London for a fast-track decision on a lawsuit in connection with Kiev’s failure to fulfill its obligations on the debt for 3 billion."

Moscow expects that this claim will be considered at the end of this year.

The state enterprise "Antonov" denied the information of the Chinese media about the sale of the rights for the An-225 "Mriya" transport aircraft to the Chinese company China airspace.
There is another problem - we would like to clarify what kind of a Hong Kong company it is, similar to a Chinese one. Pretty vague story with the completion of 2 copies. But the sale of Mriya (1 copy) is not talking.

wassat Guys ! What are you !? Really did not understand ????? Well, rewind back in your memory - there was a statement from the IMF about the need to settle the SOVEREIGN debt to Russia, otherwise it "burdens" the IMF with the provision of the promised loan as much as 2015! there is 11 yards left of the promised. And non-payment of Eurobonds is a sovereign default and nobody is paid that they don’t recognize the debt and refuse to pay. They don’t lend money to the default country, they are on autopilot, without going into the borrower's country, they go to repayment. neither naked nor bad, especially since the bankers who insured the deal laid straw - they bought new Eurobonds from Russia for 3 (THREE) yards, although the US squealed and demanded from the banks not to buy. Well, remember, it happened recently. That was on the eve of the failure to provide the hryvnia slowly began to fall by ten and fifty rubles. bully

There now, too, after recent changes in legislation, "private debt collectors" have appeared. Another detail of "improvements" after the Maidan, which appeared immediately after the introduction of the law on the compulsory alienation of housing with its subsequent sale in the presence of debts on communal apartments over ... 14 thousand UAH (about 500 dollars). Like a hut they sell (not at the market price, of course), seize the amount of debt and return the rest. I wish it would be like this in international law - they would sell Ukraine to someone for a cheap price, take their 3 lard and leave the rest to the Ukrainians

The West no longer knows what other exception to the rule it can make in relation to Ukraine. How to lend it (Ukraine). I recall Ukraine should be the gateway to Russia for goods from the West. The border was closed with Ukraine for trade. Ukraine as a road to the TS ceased to be relevant. or now, it will stop. As soon as the West realizes that Ukraine is generally useless 0. That will immediately drain Ukraine. For now, there is still hope that the Kremlin will give slack and begin to trade with Ukraine (to support the fraternal people) this vaudeville will continue.

No. The Kremlin does not give slack, but is forced by quiet gray schemes to pull out from the Ruin that for the time being it is not possible to import from what was placed in the USSR in the USSR during cooperation. The same Kramatorsk worked for Atomprom, and even Elektrostal cannot make up for the gathering. It’s possible, of course, like Rogozin to Putin — we are import-substituting for a year, but for the time being, what Manturov said comes true - by 2017, not earlier request And it might take another year to ship on turbines. In the rest, and in particular, as I wrote today, debt is such a cookie, which by the way is already very satisfying to the IMF! bully So I would have to think of some other reason for refusing a loan, but here you are - go big-eye .... to Russia wassat agree - then to us. bully

Now the IMF will try to remove this issue from itself at all costs, as it has turned out to be a big dead end. By allowing Kiev not to pay Russia, they will set a precedent for many debtor countries that are waiting for this decision to send their creditors away. And they also really do not want to force to pay. So they are looking for an opportunity to shift the problem from a sore head to a healthy one, in order to say later: we didn’t make that decision and we have nothing to do with it. Let Europe itself put itself in Russia's place and decide what to do. Most likely, the solutions will be different, but the true solution is the same - everyone decides in his place, specifically - to send everyone with their advice to walk in the forest and continue as we see fit - no compromises, no handouts to a "friendly" neighbor, the time for lisping is long over - it's time to understand this for everyone, including the EU ...
