Poland announced the main battle tank PT-16

Among other samples, a promising tracked infantry fighting vehicle and a new main battle tank, based on the existing design, were shown. Both promising armored vehicles are planned to be shown at the upcoming MSPO-2016 exhibition, which will open on September 6 in Kielce. A few days before the first public demonstration at the salon, promising developments were shown to journalists.

Full-scale prototypes are not yet available, and the possibility of their construction for various reasons at the moment may be the subject of controversy. The question of the future prospects of the new project will be decided in the foreseeable future. Meanwhile, the authors of the modernization project are preparing for the first official public display of the new sample. September 6 in Kielce should open the exhibition MSPO-2016, which once again will be the first platform to showcase the latest developments of the Polish defense industry.
